NMPB 1.2 release.

NMPB is Nameless Multiplayer Piano Bot that allows users to upload and play midis on multiplayerpiano.com.

If you just want to play some midis, consider to try MPPMidiPlayer by BOSS instead. It's easy to use midi player with some additional cool stuff like transposing, backwards playing, tempo change and tonality inverse. And it doesn't have room name restrictions.

If you sure you need NMPB, here the binaries: NMPB v1.2 bin.zip.

      It should work on linux with mono (e.g. apt-get install mono-complete, then mono [path_to_exe]). If it doesn't work please let me know, i'll fix it.

    mppmidi player does not work. when i connect to a room and load a midi and play it , it does not load. it just says you are not connected to ar rooom

      It doesn't always work the first time; to ensure it works you should connect to a random room like asdf first, then connect to the room you want.

      I don't think it's possible, sorry.
      Chromebook can run only HTML5 applications while NMPB is .NET app.

      NMPB is standalone Windows application, just start NMPB-GUI.exe. You can also use it on Linux with mono.
      If you talking about MPPMidiPlayer, you need java.

      Lamp, unfortunately no.
      3rd party WebSocket4Net library (that is used for MPP connection) works on Windows and Linux, but in some reason fails on Mac OS. And I don't have a Mac machine to debug it.

      Delete a track?
      You can use /remove [track_id] to mark track as removed and forbid future uploads of this track.

      There is also /delete command, but it can be destructive. Read the Readme.txt file before use it.

      No. Neither NMPB nor MPPMidiPlayer can be ported to ChromeOS without rewritting them from the scratch.

      But there are other bots that are written on javascript and can run in browser. I don't have links to them, try to ask people at multiplayerpiano.

      Or, if you are able to install different linux distributive in your Chromebook (like Ubuntu, Mint, Debian etc), you can run NMPB with Mono and MPPMidiPlayer with Java.

    Hey, I recently downloaded NMPB on my chromebook witch has Dev mode and linux turned on.

    I tried using mono, witch gives me the gui, but if i try to connect it to any room, the gui closes and it stops running, without any error.

    Please you would create an pastebin to play songs an script javascript. my java dont install at also just open errors when complete the installation add the link to this comment to i open the javascript if dont works thanks to use it with my VPN.
